Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for our shipping services.

The exact shipping method will be determined as the order ships as it varies depending on weight, location, etc.

Orders that contain Pre-Order items will not ship until all items in the order are able to ship together.

Average processing times may vary based on seasonal volume. Processing typically ranges from 1-2 business days and transit times typically range 2-5 business days depending on the destination location (and barring any unforeseen delays due to weather, etc.). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.

Returns

Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup of your order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale items. All transactions on Sale items are final.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for regular priced, non-defective items.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To begin a return or exchange please send an email via our Contact Page and be sure to include:

– Your full name
– Your email address
– Your order number
– Item you are requesting to return/exchange
– Reason you are requesting the return/exchange

We may ask you to provide photos and/or video of your item(s) in a follow-up email in order for us to better assist you.
